What are your membership options?

Your chosen area, whether Pilates, yoga, or other disciplines, is available through the following options:
- 8 sessions: 2 sessions times per week
- 12 sessions: 3 sessions times per week
- 16 sessions: 4 sessions times per week

How do I sign up for classes?

Home -> Classes -> Scroll down to “Get Started Today!” -> Program of interest -> Number of sessions -> proceed to payment.


What happens if I miss a class?

Kindly notify us at least 5 hours in advance to reschedule, otherwise, the session will be marked as complete.


Can I freeze my packages?

Packages can’t be frozen unless there’s an urgent reason; contact us to manage and help.


What equipment do I need?

You’ll need basic items like a yoga mat, water bottle, and optional weights or resistance bands. However, the necessary equipment’s will be specified for each class.
